Good morning everyone, day, evening and night! Above was the contents of the magazine related to sewing and fashion, and now - my personal impressions of the issue.
DRESSES
Corsage, with the original upper part, covering only halfway, and with a wide shoulder strap over the shoulder - is sure to attract the attention of others with an unusual cut, this is the first that I would single out among the models of dresses.
Chic dress with wide straps, released from under the armholes, with a wide sash of another fabric. I would have made a cocktail or long evening dress from it.
Simple at first glance, a dress with a short sleeve and a wide V-neck, but with fashionable drapery on the front and back at the side seams, in my opinion, it should fit any figure very well, the main thing is to guess with the length.
An adjacent dress with a wide bottom, with a high waistline and a long sleeve, as well as with ties at the back and tucks-pleats at the front should effectively emphasize the dignity of the figure. Tall girls will seem even taller in it.
The sheath dress, the photo of which we brought to the main page, is not as simple as it seems at first glance. Its details - neckline, tucks, detachable waist on the back and sides of the front - will inspire respect for the dressmaker's skill upon closer examination.
In a similar pattern, another dress is proposed, but with frills on the bottom of the skirt and sleeves.
A simple dress with an open top and piping along the neck and armholes in the "Japanese" style, with a belt, should also fit well, especially on thin girls, because it is precisely on them that the fashionable “drapery” will look spectacular due to a sufficiently large allowance for loose fitting. It seems to me that this dress should be worn only with a belt.
The simplest dresses are two versions of the same model - with a high waistline and a V-neck. For every day, for a house or a summer residence, for a beach holiday - in the latter cases, I would take for them a very beautiful fabric, for example, silk.
TOPS AND BLOUSES
A weird summer top with a short sleeve and a deeply cut armhole, open at the bottom and trimmed with a strap - also liked the nontrivial cut. I advise you to be careful of those with a figure with broad shoulders.
Original horizontally laid on the chest folds of a very simple sleeveless top can turn a great model for beginners into a fashion hit.
A two-tone corsage top is a fashionable thing, and it is sewn elementarily. Beginners to sew - ay!
A layered top with a lace top. To be honest, I’m already fed up with lace, I would replace it with transparent fabrics of different colors.High cuts on the sides and a tied belt are very significant details in this model. And I would experiment with the length - many tunic would be more suitable as a dress, including a long one, especially for the beach.
A blouse with a sleeve ¾ of a fashionable wide silhouette for every day, but sewn from very beautiful and expensive fabric, it is quite suitable for going to a party with the corresponding bottom and accessories.
A top with draperies on the sides seems complicated, in fact, a pattern of its super-simple.
A boxer T-shirt in three versions is a must have for a hot summer.
BLOUSES OR DRESSES
Two long blouses with pockets on the front and a long sleeve are good because they can easily be converted into a classic model of an office blouse, removing the bar on the stomach or frills, or to sew a dress of the desired length from them. How are tunics? Slender girls with leggings or tight capri pants.
The third version of the model without pinches, also with a stand-up collar, can also be sewn both as a classic blouse and as a dress-shirt: the last one this summer in favorites.
I liked the fourth blouse very much, I think it will attract many, but not for everyone. To wear it, you must either have a slim figure or sew it from a very soft fabric, because of which it will lose its original fit. Everyone should evaluate this blouse individually.
OVERALLS
A charming summer model, and not particularly difficult, although at first glance this can not be determined. Corsage, with rubber veins on the back (well held by the figure), with a patch attached to the front of the bando knot. Very cute! Would recommend to girls with curvaceous, especially tall.
Another jumpsuit is sewn in a similar pattern - with long sports legs.
VEST
Almost masculine, military style - choose the right fabric.
JACKETS
Complex at first glance, the style (although sewing is probably not easy) for a short jacket with a long fly-away yoke, stalemate and other details. The youth model is unambiguous, in my opinion.
Blouse-jacket with shortened sleeves with cuffs and a button closure with buttons, with a tie belt pulled into the drawstring, with a round neckline - visually it makes the figure more rounded and “understates” growth. But it looks very elegant, especially made of thick silk.
SKIRTS
The most fashionable is a long pleated with a slit. This summer is a hit!
The simplest is with three frills. May be the first successful attempt at sewing!
SHORTS AND PANTS
Honestly, the collection of shorts did not impress me too much. I did not find fashionable shorts and shorts in it, and at the popular beach resorts (and not only there) this summer, all fashionistas will go to them. Patterns are quite trivial, only details are unusual in some models, but it seems that I see something like this in our magazines every summer.
Sweatpants in the office - yes, perhaps, but only for very young and slender girls. Well, the fabric should be appropriate. And at the same time, a top or a blouseon, and above all, shoes should be “on top”.
There is a pattern of trousers very fashionable this season (sizes for Plus) - with a wider top and narrowed and shortened trousers. You can sew them from a variety of fabrics, and in addition - pick up a jacket for them (jacket-blouse) from the same number. I would personally sew a pantsuit right away. I do not advise very complete.
Even for the pluses - as usual, a knitted dress with folds along the vertical seam in the chest area - makes the figure more slender, but there were already many similar models.
CHILDREN
As already mentioned above - for absolutely babies and babies.
The blouse and shorts are the simplest, the jumpsuit is a little more complicated - all these models will benefit from the applications. Two dresses for the girl are charming - I liked them the most. In addition to them, no less lovely panties with frills would surely be sewn from the same fabric. The robe is also useful for the beach and home. And, of course, as an addition - a summer panama hat.Bag - I don’t know, it’s already for an amateur or for those who still have fabric for the summer set.
