The wider the better! Now it’s fashionable to decorate clothes with wide stripes.

As if on a black and white negative two parallel stripes intersect on the panel of a skirt.
YOU WILL NEED: coated fabric skirt, ruler, paper, cardboard, masking tape, white textile paint, paint roller, nail polish remover, marker with paint disappearing into the air.
STEP 1 Put paper or old newspapers at the workplace. Inside the skirt, lay a cardboard cut in its shape. Glue the masking tape evenly on the line with an interval of 4 cm so that a dyeing pattern forms between its stripes.
STEP 2 The fabric on the strips to be dyed should be treated with degreasing liquid for removing varnish (so the paint will fix better on the fabric).
STEP 3 In the container, dilute the paint according to the manufacturer's instructions and apply it with a roller on the prepared strips. Allow the paint to dry completely.

Brilliant: leather dress trimmed with wide stripes with a metallic effect.
YOU WILL NEED: leather dress, purple leather paint with metallic effect, other materials: see step-by-step instructions for coloring the skirt at the top.
HOW TO MAKE: put paper or old newspapers at the workplace. Cut cardboard on the shape of the dress and put it inside the dress. Mark the strips, stick the masking tape around the edges of the strips, then see the step-by-step instructions for painting the skirt.
